I would highly recommend this compassionate, clean place for your loved ones. I searched so many and this the absolute best! The Owner is always making sure things are perfect for the residents! Food is healthy and made fresh for each meal - Birchwood is also very clean- staff is wonderful and on top of all the needs. Administration under Brian assist with every need- no matter how small or big! The grounds are beautiful - flowers blooming - always fresh paint and a beautiful scenic pond to sit around with a fountain. Residents love their days at the Recreation Center and a nurse is also on…

From the first phone call from the visit for my aunt I felt so happy and convinced this was a perfect place for her . The owner Brian made all my worries and concerns disappear. . Thus facility is clean beautiful and makes everyone there feel like family. . I highly recommend Birchwood Assisted living .

A community of pleasant people that work together to help inspire the journey of their residents. I have been to many assisted living communities and this one is a gem. Consider them for your loved ones
Beautiful facility, awesome staff & care!!
Place is a dump. Give patients showers only once week. Send my disabled husband snacks and they get stolen. Wouldn’t recommend this place for my dog
