3.0 · 34 reviewsAs a consumer of nursing care after my stay at NWH I was very happy with the attentive staff and pleasant surroundings- being able to go walk outside in the courtyard daily very much helped my mental and emotional recovery as well as physical. PT and OT were excellent, and I continue there as an outpatient- it’s worth the trip!
One of the Worst experience of my life.
This place has been awful during COVID, no one responds and they neglect their patients. They were supposed to monitor my Mom's weight weekly for fluid gain and failed to do so from 2/6/21 to 3/24/21 which resulted in a 50 pound fluid weight gain. They now refuse to take my calls or return them. I just sent the police to do a well check. This is criminal.

Nasty employees, unresponsive and unprofessional. Both locations need to be shut down and staff working there should go night night.
My mom was a resident at Bethel Nursing Home for about 4 years. She was on 1E with Bridget, Donna and Joanne . They took very good care of her and all of her needs. My mom was very easy going and they made sure that my mom was comfortable and had what she needed. Bridget was so amazing with my mom. My mom would smile when she walked into her room and the nights Bridget wasn’t there my mom would be sad. Bridget was there for my mom up until the end when my mom was put on 1W Bridget was the one that I went to get to help her and be with her Bridget is an awesome nurse and person!!!! We loved her!!!!!!!
My mother was a resident at a Bethel home for two years. They were wonderful. Staff was always kind, efficient and treated the residents with much care and respect. It’s was always clean and constantly being attended to.
My Grandma was a resident here for the last 2 years of her life. The staff was amazing. They treated her with respect and took care of her every need. She said she thought of them as family. The facility was extremely clean and very comfortable. We were not able to take of her at home and they made the last chapter of her life like she was home. A wonderful place.
I had a family member that was in this facility and the care that they gave to them was over and above what we expected! They were very clean and attentive in all aspects! I would highly recommend this place, we always feel like our family member is well taken care of!!
