4.6 · 29 reviewsPlease don't put your family in here! They let my grandmother stay in bed and not take her pills. THEY should of called EMS and my family ASAP but they waited. Which resulted in a stroke. Which result of the stroke she sadly passed away 4 weeks later. This is not the first time bethel has done this. 1st time is she wasn't feeling good and EMS was called took her to Hudson Valley, they never called us. WE called them after 2 days to ask why she was not answering the phone and they later told us that she went to the hospital. So for 9,000 a month they should take better care of their residents.…

Please don't put your family in here! They let my grandmother stay in bed and not take her pills. THEY should of called EMS and my family ASAP but they waited. Which resulted in a stroke. Which result of the stroke she sadly passed away 4 weeks later. This is not the first time bethel has done this. 1st time is she wasn't feeling good and EMS was called took her to Hudson Valley, they never called us. AND the aids are lazy! they could care less about their residents. NO TRIPS BUS DOSE NOT WORK!!
My grandmother lived at Bethel for around three years. She recently moved out due to health reasons. Bethel was always clean. I would say the aids and nurses were nice. They very much improved since they moved in. Weekends were probably the worst time because they didn’t have as much staff as they were supposed to, but she loved it there. There were always something to do not much on the weekends, but they’re always something to do during the week Bethel renovated most of their rooms and activity areas. My grandmother lived at Bethel for around three years. She recently moved out due to health reasons. Bethel was always clean. I would say the aids and nurses were nice. They very much improved since they moved in. Weekends were probably the worst time because they didn’t have as much staff as they were supposed to, but she loved it there. There were always something to do not much on the weekends, but they’re always something to do during the week Bethel renovated most of their rooms and activity areas. She had a nice apartment needed some things to it, but it was perfect for her. Cheapest nursing home or assisted living you could find in the area.
My mother lived at Bethel Springvale Inn for 5 years. The staff is incredible and always went above and beyond when caring for her. The rooms are spacious but required some updating which was all done with the recent renovations. It’s an attractive living community and I highly recommend it.

Springvale had an odor to it and felt damp. It didn't appear clean and needed serious updating.
We love it, and my mom loves it, which is the most important thing. I would absolutely recommend other families go check it out. They've been absolutely wonderful, from the director [name removed], who gave us the tour, to the fabulous social worker director. The care has been excellent. And they have a variety of activities going on all the time - things like singing, dancing, arts and crafts, movies, and they bring in people like musicians for entertainment.
I toured the facility for my mother and found the staff I encounterd to be professional and helpful. The entry way was welcoming. The facility appeared clean, the staff friendly, the rooms during the tour were clean and brightly lit. I have not decided on a facilty to date; just trying to get a feel for what's available for her needs and most affordable.
We recently took a tour of Bethel with [name removed] as we searched for a place for our mom. [He] was very courteous and knowledgeable about assisted living and was able to answer all our questions. Bethel is a lovely community that we found was the right fit for mom. She is adjusting slowly and making new friends as she gets involved with daily activities. The staff are all wonderful and welcoming and care about the residents. They really get to know each one individually.
