I work in the healthcare industry and I visited beach Terrace for the first time today. The staff from the front desk to the nurses station, and physical therapy were so very helpful. The woman I was visiting said she likes it there and everyone is very nice. I also found it to be very clean and well maintained. Added bonus that I was able to look at the ocean for a few minutes. On my way to my car!
I visited my friend and everyone seemed attentive to her.
Author from the housekeeping is very rude and disrespectful. Has no idea how to be professional and has no respect for females.
My dad was admitted less than a week ago and the gains in strength, speech and cognitive awareness have truly been amazing!! He has vascular dementia and yesterday was the first time in three years that my dad recognized me as his daughter 💕. Overwhelmed with joy and beyond happy with his care! 🙌🏻🙏🏻❤️
It was a very pleasant visit. Already planning my next visit.
Considering how sad nursing homes and rehab can be, this one is not only one of the cleanest, but friendly staff. Very impressed.
Everyone we interacted with from the guard to the A’s were very helpful. Seems like a very secure location, though all the push buttons question whether or not it is as sanitary as one would hope. Our friend who is been there for several months is not really progressing in the physical therapy therapy department. And it seems like she never gets enough nor do they push her to try to learn to stand. She should be capable of some of that activity, but the physical therapy is underwhelming.
The workers in this nursing home are awesome. They’re kind and friendly and they really care about your loved one’s. If I decide to leave my mother in a home for the duration of her life, this would be the place which is affordable and they keep the facility just as clean as your lived ones LOL…
