People here have had a long life and are not treated with the empathy and respect they are deserved. … to the point they have to call health care professionals out of state and beg for help.
At Bayberry the staff is very accommodating, helpful & compassionate . They go above & beyond with the care that they displayed for my husband . It is as close to a second home as I could wish for my husband to be in . The staff & the facility is outatanding. If you are looking for a place that cares don’t hesitate to come to Bayberry. 10/10
Bayberry Care Center has been a wonderful experience for our family. The staff is caring, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing excellent care to the residents. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and there is always a positive atmosphere throughout the building. Since the new administration took over, there has been a noticeable improvement in communication, organization, and overall resident satisfaction. Bayberry Care Center has been a wonderful experience for our family. The staff is caring, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing excellent care to the residents. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and there is always a positive atmosphere throughout the building. The entire facility exceeding my expectations! Staff were upbeat and smiles from all, including the nurses which really help with the recovery. I came in with extraordinary pain, not even able to comb my own hair, and I’m leaving in almost better shape than I was before I even had the accident. Carol and Petra were marvelous! If there were any minor problems, it was always resolved to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. My aides Nicky and Natasha, and all other aides, even the ones not assigned to me were fantastic. Ann the social worker assisted greatly with helping me get into an independent living. She always helped with anything needed. I would totally recommend Bayberry and would put my own family member here if needed.
I visited a friend today at Bayberry and I have to say how impressed I was with her care. From the attentive staff to the cleanliness of the center I'm so pleased that my good friend will heal and be taken care of with the care she deserves.
five stars all around immaculate facility with kind caring attentive staff. amazing menu and activities for the residents to enjoy throughout the busy schedules with a lot of different entertainment as well. highly reccommend!!!
The entire nursing staff led by the DON Kasandra is pretty awesome! There’s open communication and can answer questions anytime. There’s a night and day difference from when my dad first got here to now when he’s being discharged home. Bayberry is a smaller facility so can work closer with the residents than larger facilities. There’s a more family oriented environment which really shows and helps a staff, families and residents. I will definitely recommend all family to come to this location.
Where do I begin. The staff is fabulous! Very caring, supportive, attentive and pay close attention to details, very communicative. It’s a very clean facility. Worthy of far more than 5 stars!
