Called this facility to get some basic information while shopping around for the best managed facility for my grandfather. The woman who answered the phone got very rude when I asked who the management company is (as I like to do my research, seeing how my grandfather needs the best care) , and she also refused to give her name. I ended up disconnecting the call because there is no way I would send my papa here after that encounter. I find it very frustrating that this facility is supposed to be for mentally ill patients and they have employees who treat first time callers like this! Imagine…
