Windsor Park Rehab & Nursing Center

My husband went to this nursing home for a short term many times over he would call on the nurses for help and he would call me many times over during the morning hours. I be listening to my husband scream for help and no one would come to his aid. They so called therapy was lousy my husband was never going to walk out of there my husband caught UTI there because they barely cleaned him correctly. The last time I went to visit he was non responsive and I told them to call an ambulance. When he gets to Emergency, the doctor literally told me he was so sick they had to put three different IVS. I thought I was going to lose my husband due to the non care and negligence of the staff there. They didn’t take good care of him at all. The place smelled and they didn’t cleaned as often as need it. I would t recommend this place to any elderly more so if the can’t do for themselves.

This is the WORST Nursing Home I could EVER go to. My Grandpa went to this home because he got very sick. This was the closest nursing home with good reviews so we believed it was good till the last day. Everyone already felt off about the place. It smelt bad, was not even cleaned properly, and the staff does not even pay attention to the patients. My grandpa called near 2 or 3:00 in the morning. He called about 4 times to other family members of mine. He stated that he was in a different room and screaming for help repetitively. After, one of the staff was put on the phone. They said he was complaining when he didn’t know anything at the moment. The last day we went, he didn’t even know who we were. How could this get 5 star reviews? Please don’t send your loved ones here if you don’t want it to end by a hospital trip or having to go to another home.
