I recently toured this community and the experience was welcoming and felt like home. It was beautiful with a nostalgic feel, and obviously well cared for. Residents were happy and engaging. The owners and employees were compassionate, professional and create a comforting environment through their genuine nature.
we toured Willow Ridge Point and upon first impression it was very nice with extremely nice people. they were very accommodating when finding a time to schedule our tour. it felt very homey and clean. the only thing is that my mom would not have a private bathroom if she moved in. in addition to sharing a bathroom, the bedroom was located on the second floor. that did raise concerns with the stairlift, as my loved one doesn't use the one she has at home. the community is working on adding an elevator soon, so I'm sure that will be an added bonus for other residents. we chose another community…

I've met the Owner / Director of Willow Ridge Pointe years ago, when he took care of my wife's father. Michael did a tremendous job of handling a gentleman who was headstrong and independent. Michael's consideration of Ralph was so consistent and kind that Ralph enjoyed Assisted Living for the first time. We cherish our photo of Mike and Ralph at a cookout Mike arranged in a big tent outdoors for the whole building. Ralph "Mr Independent" smiled the whole time. We'll always know Ralph had great care and friends who looked after him. Mike is our friend for life. Thank you. I still tell families…

What a great experience!! I can’t say enough about the staff and the friendly owners. Family business are hard to come by and I felt very comfortable leaving my loved one in the hands of Willow Ridge. A+ across the board.
My Mom has been there for 2 years and the staff is wonderful. It’s a family like atmosphere where everyone is close to each other. My Mom smiles more now than she did at home and eats really well. The place changed ownership a little while ago and the new owners are wonderful and treat my Mom like their own family. I would recommend this assisted living to anyone who is looking for a caring place for their family member.
My Father lived at this home for roughly 9 months prior to declining and going to a nursing home. While his stay was short, we found that the staff was very caring and the other residents were very happy there. This is a small home and unique in a variety of ways. The activities were the only area that I could suggest improvement because my Father was very hard to engage. I was pleased with my experience and feel that this place deserves some credit for the work they put into my Father's care. God Bless.
Over the last year, we have noticed several improvements to this facility where my Mother currently lives. We feel that the care my Mom receives is excellent and could only offer minor suggestions for improvement.
Almost every resident in this facility along with at least half the workers have Covid19 .. These residents were able to eat in the dining room, watch T.V in the common room all while this pandemic was going on... ALL HAD NO MASKS except the workers.. I have a loved one at this facility who now has this Covid19 .. due In my opinion to the negligence of the Facility owners and Health Department. The residents are in isolation now.. Why did everyone have to get sick before they would do anything,.. The owner said they were just following protocol... Common Sense should of told them to keep residents in their rooms and feed them in their rooms since this is a home for the elderly... Common Sense should of been the protocol... If my love one gets very sick or worse.. There will be a Law Suit.. and I'm sure I won't be the only one. In My Opinion Keep Your Mom or Dad Far away from here.. They DO NOT either have common sense and or care about these people Residents and Workers.. If they had common sense maybe it wouldn't have got out of hand. KEEP YOUR LOVED ONES AWAY FROM HERE..
