White Plains Center for Nursing Care

My mom was admitted to the facility on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. The facility is very clean and the staff is courteous and professional. Every single staff member that has been involved with my mother's care: Ingrid, Jessica, Susie, Ms. Covia and some whom I cant recall their names have been pleasant, attentive, hard-working and compassionate. Just today, I was standing right outside of my mother's room while Ms. Covia helped my mother get into bed from her wheelchair. Within moments Susie asked me if I needed anything. My mother is often forgetful and told me that the dressing on her arm had not been changed. When I inquired with the staff, GiGi acknowledged that she was the one who changed my mother's dressing yesterday. Gigi immediately came into my mothers room smilling and kindly reminded my mother that she did in fact change the dressing. My mother was also smiling and was able to recall that her dressing was changed. The level of care shown to my mother makes me secure in knowing that she is safe and cared for. Now, I would like to see an improvement in the meals. As the saying goes, you can't have everything. Well, that is certainly applicable in this case. White Plains Center for Nursing Care provides excellent care for their patients, however, the food is simply lousy!!
