If I can give this New Management team no stars at all that would be great. I have lived in Harlem for close to 8 years and management is getting worst year after year. They threaten tenants with eviction lawsuits when you're actually Paying rent. When Money order payments go missing on their end it's your fault. Trying to communicate professionally with these people is a pure joke. They don't know how to handle business at all and the lack of communication with them, speaks volumes. I really hope they are sued for what they are putting people through. Word of advice to anyone who is looking…

PLEASE DO NOT waste your time with Dorie Miller or west Harlem. If is a SCAM.

I applied back in 2013 for a building with low income when I wasn't making enough money. fast forward I got an email asking me to provide my income so I did( I know make way more increased in salary over the years over 50k) the lady Lisa told me my income isn't sufficient. I asked her to let me know the income range for the building and I knew ppl who lives in WHG who don't have an income. I am confused why she never told me income for a building that I originally applied which was like $700 in 2013.

i been living in this building since 2000 and we had more supers thin a little bit and the building management is the worse were they don't care about there tenants at all nothing never gets fix or done in my apartment you have to wait until they feel like coming to fix things i hate this building management so bad i have mad problems in my apartment

My Name is Benjamin and I was walking by on or about April 18, 2022 when I witness about 3 employees and volunteers verbally attack a person on a yellow scooter just because he was unaware of a minor thing , The young black male was humiliated and treated like a criminal by the staff members at West Harlem Group Assistance which was inappropriate and unlawful bossiness practices in the community , I hope that the staff members don't further violated the young black male rights to avoid a potential Lawsuit. This incident happen on the corner of 142nd Street, Lenox Avenue, New York, NY

Th he buildings owned by this management office are continually getting worse and worse. The front door locks were broken for months, packages were being stolen, elevators always breaking down, no water pressure( if there’s any water at all). Our oven was broken for NINE YEARS. Our microwave has been broken a year. The finally fired the last horrible maintenance man after years of him doing NOTHING, and now the poor new one has so much to catch up on. I’m in the process of moving and when my new renters called WHG to verify my current address, whoever they spoke to on the phone told them that west Harlem group didn’t own that building.

My landlord or shall I say slumlord doesn't give a damn about her tenants. I've been calling about my bathroom & window & my children's bedroom and they NEVER got back to me. She honestly doesn't deserve my rent at all. Terrible people.
