The so called " H R" person is one of the WORST!!!! to have to deal with on ANY job

I hope in the future moving forward that your care for loved ones improves as it’s sad of how I watched my loved one’s health fail quickly once in your care.. not to mention depression 😏. So I can only pray you do better 🙏

Not gonna say who my friend is who is there and she is getting worse not better makes me sad how she has been in the bed for over a year before she got there and still is im sure some of the staff are amazing and are doing their best but it takes the whole staff I refuse to go in that place I can't deal with seeing people suffer

If it was possible to give this place a ZERO - I would. My family was FORCED by FF Thompson to place my aunt in this facility NYE, COURTESY of Water view Heights staff’s lack of communication she lost her bed in a proper long term care facility. We tried to give this place a shot, we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and trust that the facility was under new management and staffing meaning better care. The rooms are trash, have not been updated in years to any capacity what so ever, food is deplorable - my aunt has gotten ill over the last week and is beginning to go backwards in getting better. We as a family are absolutely at a loss. Water views staff has not returned calls, brushes us off as if this is just the way things go… this is absolutely unacceptable.

The hospital liaison and the social workers are wonderful 😊
