At $1600 starting this summer 2026 for a 1 bedroom they are larger, again, new, have either a balcony or small terrace sitting and plants area if you’re on ground floor but overall an excellent value and INCLUDES EVERYTHING ! Heat, electric, water, trash and and and SUPER HIGH SPEED INTERNET AND FREE CABLE WIFI! I may be priced out this year but it’s 5 star all the way and if I can, I’m renewing my lease ! Tom apt…

Don't like rent increase for seniors in
The price keeps going WAY UP. Double the inflation increase. It’s deceiving when you move in at an appropriate price then rent just keeps going up significantly!

I have been living here 4 years and I love Union Square Apts. Indoor laundry and trash services are convenient to have on site inside the bldg. Maintenance is always there in a flash. It is a quiet complex and neighbors are friendly and sweet people. You will not be disappointed here.

Just want to Share that this is a wonderfully run Apartment Building with a truly wonderful and efficient Property Manager! Denise Rutkowski is always available to listen and help with anyone’s needs. She always has or finds an answer to what you would need. She goes above and beyond in her Job and I am grateful for that!

denise is the most beautiful soul i’ve ever met. she truly cares for her residents and i couldn’t have picked a better place for my nana. everyone should pick union square senior apartments if they truly care for their parents and grandparents.
