Was great place but it seems they are very understaffed , food drastically has gotten worse poor quality due using the cheapest stuff. Staff has really went downhill , very disappointed used to be the place in our area for assisted living.
Horrible experience in the memory care unit.
We made our initial visit to The Terrace At Woodland Assisted Living. The facility was clean and looked comfortable and homey. The person who walked us through did a nice job of explaining everything to us. The dining area was comfortable. It had round tables that seat four people each. They also have entertainment there at times, and the place seemed very clean. The rooms were appropriate because they're bigger and my mother and father wanted to be together. They had a deluxe room we looked at and then we also looked at a semi-private one because we could get two adjoining semi-privates for…

Beautiful room for my mom, however the problem was that the several dementia patients like my loved one, were pretty much locked in a room and couldn’t roam the community, and this is not the life I wanted for my mom, I was just not feeling this community. They only had two people working in the back room, which I do not believe is enough for proper care for all the several dementia patient. However for the higher functioning dementia patients I think would be a good facility just not the several dementia patients.
Very loving open arms place workers are very inviting and caring
So happy my Mom is at The Terrace at Woodland! It was a tough decision to move her to assisted living , but choosing the Terrace at Woodland was a great choice. The staff there treat her like she is family, and I can think of so many instances where they have gone above and beyond to give her the best care. We can communicate with the staff if there are ever any issues, and our concerns are addressed in a timely manner. My entire family is grateful to all the staff there for the great atmosphere they create and the loving care they give to my Mom and all the residents!
I cannot say enough good about The Terrace and what an absolutely lovely and loving place it is. Incredible staff who really give you peace of mind that your loved one is so well cared for. Highly recommend it.
Sweet, personable nurses and honey, spacious rooms. So happy with this place, and my Nana loves being there
