4.9 · 246 reviewsI attended the I Sentinel in Port Jervis’ Sizzling Summer Soiree. The staff were very kind and the guests were all friendly. The food, desert and music were excellent. The atmosphere was unique and I certainly would go back again. Thank you for an excellent soirée.
Ashley gave me a tour while I was looking into assisted living for my friend, and she was amazing. She answered all of my questions and made the whole process so much easier. She was so kind to all of the residents, and you can tell she really cares. The building is beautiful, clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for assisted living for a loved one.
Nina was amazing at explaining things, showing us daily routines with her residents and answering all of our questions. The building was clean, it smelt clean and everyone seemed so nice. Everyone we passed said hello or stopped and had a conversation. Thanks for all your help today ♥️

I can’t say enough good things about Nina Hasbrouck the Director of Community Relations at the Sentinel of Port Jervis. She was so helpful, patient, and informative when I had a lot of questions, and I never felt rushed or overwhelmed. Highly recommend working with her.
I visited The Sentinel hoping it would be a good place for my sister. Nina gave me the tour and I had the chance to meet some of the staff and a few residents. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Nina was amazing! She has so much passion for the Sentinel and for everyone's well being. The place is lovely and my sister will definitely be applying.
I recently spoke with Ashley regarding the admission process for my aunt, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, warm, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Ashley was very reassuring and made us feel confident that this place truly feels like a home, where everyone is treated like family. We really appreciated her kindness and support throughout the process.
