4.4 · 153 reviewsSince I have been at the Pines @ Utica I will say my experience has been nothing but enjoyable, this is due to the fantastic work by a few individuals. Although every individuals are exceptional there are a few that go above and beyond with there daily duties. I would like to mention these ladies but taking nothing from all the second floor employees including House Keeping . As this got posted early the special Aides did not get included. These are the very SPECIAL LADIES I am talking about, These ladies went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you All Jim. [James]
So far it has been an nice place the staff have been nice. My fiancee hasn't been there very long.
It was great to see my old friend Linda I’m gonna go back again and again. The only thing is they don’t check in the person quick enough when they when the patient says something is wrong.

My mother has been here since October and all I can say is Thank you to all of the amazing staff and care givers. The floor is always clean, the residents are clean and happy . There's always something for them to be active in. I just love this facility, and the STAFF WOW, they are so friendly and caring , Huge SHOUT OUT TO THEM ALL, and we adore Bobby, he always brings a smile to our face ! If your hesitate, dont be ,my family and I can sleep at night knowing mom is in a safe and caring environment 💓

Staff were very friendly.
The Pines was able to accept my son into long term care when I was no longer able to care for him at home. Staff on the 3rd floor have welcomed him and have treated him with nothing but compassion and respect.
