I can’t say enough good things about the staff at The Pines. The rehab director, Anya was so incredibly helpful and attentive to the needs of my conditions. I’m so grateful for the care I received from her and the members of her team. Maggie, the social worker was also so very kind and dedicated in her efforts to help me. The aides at The Pines work so hard. Tina, Suzanne and Kayle took such good care of me and Janaé always made sure I had what I needed. If I were to need another stay at a skilled nursing facility, I would return to the Pines, without question.
Visited my Grandma while she rehabs a broken hip. She seemed well and was very happy with her care. Her attendant was very nice and checked in on her. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Remembered details that helped find and assist my grandma.
Recently, our family, like every family does, went through a very sad time. We had to witness our father, grandpa, father-in-law live out his final days. For three and a half years we took care of Pop, at home, until the care he needed exceeded our capabilities. Thank God for The Pines. Not only did they give Pop the care he needed and deserved, the staff also gave us the care and respect that they told us we deserved. Every person on the staff, from the maintenance crew, to food services, to the nurses and doctors, right up through the administration, were always there to give us support and…

Every person on the staff, from the maintenance crew, to food services, to the nurses and doctors, right up through the administration, were always there to give us support and answer any questions. Most important, Pop's care was always the number one priority. The facility itself was always spotless. The meals were always very good. The nurses and doctors, top notch and always professional but just as important, compassionate. The administration, always there to answer questions and be supportive. We can't thank The Pines enough for helping us through this tough journey and making us feel as if they were in this with us and we were all one family.
My mom was recently transferred to rehab at the Pines. All the staff were very warm and welcoming. They treat her with respect and dignity. All residents are clean, dressed and out of bed every morning. I am a social worker who has worked in SNF's and successfully transitioned other people to them over my career. There is nothing like knowing that your loved one is getting the services and care that they need during a rough patch.
My uncle was a rehab patient here for a short time, and poor care lead to a terrible infection that took his life. Do not recommend.
I talked to an admissions person on Friday 3/13, who said she would go assess my grandfather (who is a half mile down the road) either that day or the following Monday. I asked her to call me back with a time so I could make sure family was present. She said okay, she just had to check her schedule. Great. Except I never heard back. I called and left a message later that day, and then another one the following Monday 3/16. Meanwhile family sat around both days in case she showed up. It's now Tuesday 3/17 and it's been crickets. At least a call back would have been nice. As if these times aren't hard enough on families...
I would never suggest this place to anyone! My boyfriend’s father was placed there after having a triple bypass for rehab, they never cleaned him up, did not give him his proper eye drop regimen. The only thing they did for him was feed him give him water and a bed like a dog. Thank you to some people who helped us we got him out of here. This place does not deserve any stars I could not post this without giving a star.
