Resident & family reviews
2.7 · 102 reviewsThe Nurses and Techs have been very good to my sister. It was alittle slow getting her PT started. I have noticed a few times there is a very heavy soiled smell. Hallways are small and not lot of room for residents to move through. My biggest complaint is the lack of parking. One family member had to leave after searching and waiting for a parking spot. I am hoping these situations improve as the new owners complete renovations.
I have been extremely impressed with the team caring for my brother at the Pearl. This staff has very challenging patients and has been very responsive and personable to answer my questions and concerns. My brother is at the Pearl for Rehab, and is difficult to deal with to be honest. I would like to recognize a few people who have went above and beyond their job to address specific needs of my brother and family. Nurse Gwen is a gem. I have had many interactions with her. She is kind and loving and understands how to care for and gain compliance from those who refuse to cooperate with their rehab. She is a god send to me. Hazel and John from rehab have been very responsive to my inquiries and very good hearted in their care for my brother. Lastly, Cordell has befriended my brother and been so kind in meeting his daily needs. These folks have difficult jobs, yet have taken the time to go above and beyond for my brother and i hope they know how thankful i am for them.

The establishment is shaping up very well. New renovations of flooring, wallpaper and electrical work looking so clean and neat. Staff is pleasant and considerate.
My family member at the Pearl don’t have enough help when they needs some help. Nice people working there ,but only one nurse for the whole rehab.
Nurse who took care of my sister inlaw's foot and leg today was awesome!
I would truly give 0 stars! It’s horrible! Disgusting ! Treatment towards patients horrible! They have them waiting g 2 to 3 hours to take them to bathroom! Linens aren’t change unless you ask them even then they fully don’t do a bed change! My aunt was fed 2 slices bread for dinner!when asked the social worker I was told the dietician asks them what they like and the go by that ! But she should’ve had a sandwich she said ! I got bit by some type of bug, my aunt fell the other day mind you leg was amputated! Social worker says! “ that she was told by employees that my aunt was hopping to bathroom! Mind you it takes two hours to get to the patients for them to use the bathroom! My aunt says she fell and the employees walks by and we’re laughing at her! It’s disgusting there ! Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone ! Imagine the patients with no family!
My cousin was dying. He couldn't get any help so he called 911. They punished him by taking away his phone, clothes shoes, put him in a wheelchair and left him in the cafeteria for 5 hours. We called and left messages for 3 days trying to get a hold of someone and no one called back. Very dangerous place!!
