Great place , friendly , and positive experience ! It really helped me recondition myself ! Very helpful and caring nurses ! Rehab was great if it wasn’t for everyone and this place idk where I would be today ! I love the character of people there and they always put a smile on my face ,even on my worst day I give the place a five star !
I wouldn’t even give this place one star. My son was there and the neglect he experienced along with the ignorance of the nursing staff on the second floor was horrific. I was called at 1AM and was told my son had fallen out of bed snd neuro checks were being done. Within 24 hours he was incoherent and I had to force them to send him back to the hospital.
This place needs to be shut down. The whole facility smells like urine. A loved one I know who has been in rehab for 2 weeks has gone downhill since being there. Today when I arrived she was soaked in urine. This has happened more than once. The aides actually had her in the cafeteria ready to eat while she was soaked in urine. This is neglect and against the law. If they cannot provide basic care and decency to my loved one they should be shut down and held legally responsible. I did report this to the supervisor in charge. The supervisor did state that she is suppose to be toilet every 2…

This is neglect and against the law. If they cannot provide basic care and decency to my loved one they should be shut down and held legally responsible. I did report this to the supervisor in charge. The supervisor did state that she is suppose to be toilet every 2 hours. This does not happen because family members stay at least 3 hours with no one offering here to go to the bathroom. This is also neglect. If the grand cant give the basic care and needs of the residents especially with incontinence this is neglect plain and simple.
My mother has been there a couple of months and has had numerous trips to outside hospital ER's simply put as poor care. She has been found numerous times sitting in soiled clothing. Facility is not staffed adequately and some aids just care about a paycheck rather than providing quality care with a small bit of personal care. I would not recommend this facility to anyone that truly cares about your family
My mother was sent there for rehabilitation the staff seem to be okay at first but then afterwards it was lousy they kept putting her out near the desk when my brother and I both told them not to put her out there near the desk. Her legs were swollen from sitting out near the desk all day. They weren't going to do anything about it until I told them I didn't want her out near the desk I wanted her in the bed and that's when they put her in the bed. She would ring the bell they wouldn't come for a long time more than an hour later. When I would call up there to talk to my mother she seem to be out of breath every time . I've asked them to go check on her and to turn her oxygen up so she can breathe better. She had heart problems and then when she passed away a few days after, they tried telling me she didn't have any heart problem before , I know for a fact she had heart problems because she was on oxygen a few years ago and she used to smoke a long time ago 30 40 years ago,she was a light smoker. About 10 years ago she was on oxygen and they tried telling me she didn't have any heart problems they didn't know apparently know her past or history with her heart because they didn't do nothing about. The nurse told me that they had to sedate her and a couple days later they'd had to increase her sedation because she was bursting out hollering she had dementia but I think when they gave more her sedation I think that's what made her die.
Absolutely horrible place. It’s dirty and their water is brown, currently. They have to have bottles of water shipped there because they have sulfur water. They do not have side rails on any of the beds, and my family member was just seriously injured here. If you care about your family member, bring them elsewhere.
My brother attends the adult daycare program for approximately one year. He loves going to the program every day and participating in their daily activities, "take-out" Fridays, and outings into the community. The daycare staff are caring, supportive, and supportive of both the consumers and their families. My only complaint, is the irregular pick up and drop off times for the wheelchair van. It is crazy that there's no communication to indicate a consistent time. Every day should not vary 45-60min. And if we drive him in due to lateness, why are 2 empty vans and driver's sitting there? Who's in charge of the vans? Transportation needs to be more organized with increased communication with families. Families are rarely notified when there are vans in the shop which will affect pick up and drop off times. The driver's are all pleasant but Special shout out to Dorianne are Dave who is so encouraging and terrific with my brother.
