3.5 · 49 reviewsMy experience was poor. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here for rehabilitation. I arrived at the place at 4 in the afternoon. I was there because I had a knee replacement and the hospital wouldn't let me go home with out someone there to take care of me. I was up the next day and got myself washed up and dressed and wheeled myself down to pt.,without any help. I was there for 10 days, against my will, and no one changed my bed, I did have one nurse that came and checked on me and my roommate and made our beds. They screwed up my medications and when I asked when I would be able to go home,…

My experience was poor. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here for rehabilitation. I arrived at the place at 4 in the afternoon. The Chittenango Grand has a wonderful activities department that not only provides entertainment but also encourages fresh air during nice weather either in the courtyard or out front on the patio.
Nursing Department is a Awesome team they Really make you feel right at home with their Care,fun times And take the time to listen and meet Every level of care to make sure your stay is great has can be .

Staff are truly devoted to ensuring it is a home-like environment for the residents and a positive environment to work in as well.
Facility sits in a beautiful location with access to a creek side trail where families/residents can enjoy walks and spend quality time together. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The therapy department is outstanding!!
The activities program really stands out—there’s always something going on to keep residents engaged, social, and entertained. There is also a great therapy team, that is very attentive, and truly care about residents’ progress.
The facility is clean and well maintained in a beautiful setting. The interdisciplinary staff work well together to provide great care to the residents.
