4.5 · 22 reviewsBeautiful place to live when you need assisted living. All staff knows your first name making you feel comfortable. They do everything for you from wash to meals and everything else. Activities everyday and bus rides so you can get out and see country side. They will do anything you request just ask. Nursing staff is outstanding, office, dining room, maintenance and management. This is the best place around in Geneseo or area. They also take you for your appointments.
The staff are always there to answer questions. They are quick to respond to concerns and quick to contact us when something happens or if they have concerns. My mother moved from assisted living to a higher care part of the facility. They pointed out specific issues that were reasons for move , met with us and explained the concerns along with a plan to transition to the new area so there be confusion in the new location. The staff are always there to answer questions. They are quick to respond to concerns and quick to contact us when something happens or if they have concerns. My mother moved from assisted living to a higher care part of the facility. They pointed out specific issues that were reasons for move , met with us and explained the concerns along with a plan to transition to the new area so there be confusion in the new location. The facility and rooms are very clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to answer questions or help when needed. The facility has a Dr. and nurse available and we attend the monthly meetings. Staff is available to help with anything. The meals are great. Mom went I weighing 95lbs and is now 110lbs. She likes the food options.. In assisted living they ask if you want to participate in each activity before they have them so she could say no not today. So she got in the habit of saying no and would sit in her room and be depressed. In her new location they come and get her with out asking. She looks forward to doing them during the day. The cost just went up and I'm not sure what other places charge. I'm sure it's less expensive than other facilities in the Rochester area. It was when she moved in.
The community was wonderful. Very clean and everyone was very friendly. The community center had a lot of wonderful offerings. Apartments were spacious and updated when I toured through.

They do a great job. The staff knows everyone, and they take time to check on others. They seem to have to knowledge of the needs of the residents. It's very clean. They communicate very well. They make sure that the hygeine is well kept. The food is excellent. They have different types of exercises, music, arts/crafts and games. The value for the money is really good. They check the room three room per day.
The community was clean. Everyone at the community was great. They were very communicative about my mother and her care. They would update us on her doctor's appointments every time she went. My mother did enjoy the activities. I would recommend Morgan Estates Assisted Living to anyone.
My grandmother moved in last year and loves it. Every time I visit, she introduces me to staff members and they each seem to know her well. Staff is friendly and the facility is always clean and bright. Would recommend!
My mom moved into Morgan Estates. It's an excellent place and excellent quality. The food is delicious and the rooms are beautiful. The attentiveness and the professionalism of the staff is more than what I thought would be available. They're very kind and encouraging and there are all kinds of little extras. The place is lovely to look at and they go out of their way more than you would expect to make my mother's stay pleasant and assist her in any way. We're just very favorably impressed. The food is amazing and if you don't like what they're having, they'll make you anything else and even individualize it. They also have excellent activities. I think the price is very reasonable for what you receive, so it's an excellent value compared to other facilities. Everything is included, like your private laundry and the delicious meals.
