The Chelsea is a beautiful place. It was modern, clean and staff was friendly. I would like to commend Francesca who took us on a tour of the Chelsea. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant and answered all our questions.

Francesca is excellent and a true asset to your company. After visiting other assisted living facilities, Francesca did an excellent presentation and I am looking forward to having my Aunt being part of your community!

I am a Registered Nurse and served as a support for a dear family friend who stayed at the Chelsea of Greenburgh twice. It was the perfect fit for us. I am a Registered Nurse and served as a support for a dear family friend who stayed at the Chelsea of Greenburgh twice. It was the perfect fit for us. She was one of the first residents at the Chelsea after she had a mild stroke. She received physical and occupational therapy and when she regained her strength, she returned to her beloved apartment. She lived in her apartment for another 3 years with some assistance, but suffered a fall at home. When she was ready to be discharged from rehab, we called the Chelsea and they welcomed her back with open arms. The leadership, which is wonderful, and many of the staff were still there years later and remembered our family friend well. She was well cared for by the staff and enjoyed the many activities the Chelsea offers. I highly recommend the Chelsea for your loved one.

The staffs are very supportive, kind and friendly. The home is kept clean and it is very spacious

Two years ago in 2023 my heart was broken, my family felt every emotion that a love one can feel from disbelief, anger to scared. We needed a safe and loving place for my aunt to reside at yet, still allow her to keep her independence and will to live after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's. We found that and more at Chelsea at Greenburgh, White Plains site. My aunt and our family found a new family who embrace us and helped us through this dark journey. Chelsea is an excellent establishment that has outstanding staff and it's safe, elegant, clean with full of activities for the residence. My aunt loved her new home, she love the staff and made many friends. She was independent, until she could not be early this July. And, then the staff in the Cottage Unit, went to the next level with the care they provided for both her and the family. The professionalism, compassion, and support that was shown from all the staff was outstanding. All my fears melted away once my aunt move to Chelsea, I will always be grateful.

Beautiful facility, the staff was attentive, knowledgeable and caring. The only reason my parents didn't choose the Chelsea was location to where they were living.... Highly recommend the Chelsea.

This is an assisted living community intended for people who need very little support. Medications will be administered at the wellness center at specific times. Meals will be provided at specific times. Laundry will be done at specific times. And rooms will be cleaned. Great, right?! Here is what you won't see... 1. MEDICATION: Your loved one will need to go to the wellness center on the 2nd floor of the Chelsea to get their medication. They will need to remember the location and time. 2. ACTIVITIES: The Chelsea has an activities director. Netflix movies are a regular activity along with occasional art classes. 3. MEALS: The dining room has set times and set menus. They require residents sit at assigned tables. The servers are not friendly. 4. STAFF: The staff will offer you and your loved ones great big smiles upon initiation and even hugs but it's a con! 5. SOCIALIZATION: Residents are very much left to their own devices in terms of socializing 6. PROFESSIONALISM: My privately hired aide reported the cruelty she witnessed directly toward my loved one. 8. VALUABLES: Valuable items, sentimental or monetary, should not be left at the Chelsea. Several items were stolen and ultimately returned without explanation after reporting them missing. 9. COMPASSION: Non-existent. IN RESPONSE TO THE CHELSEA COMMENTS: You had many chances to address my concerns yet your responses were null. Your team members are unkind! In particular, your nurse, the head of the wellness office, is nothing less than criminal (she clearly intended to use my mothers highly regulated medication for her own purposes... claiming at first that she discarded them upon my mother's discharge, but miraculously finding them when caught in the act of lying). Shameful at best. Criminal more accurate! IN RESPONSE: Your efforts to fulfill your mission are a failure. Rethink your philosophy and hire honest and genuinely caring employees.. For those considering a move to the Chelsea "Buyer beware!".

The onsite rehab facility, and the atmosphere--it's a recent build, beautifully decorated. Everything is clean and well cared for, and the residents and staff are very friendly. I would recommend it. Nowhere is perfect, but when concerns are brought to their attention they address them promptly and there also aren't a lot of extra or hidden fees.
