4.6 · 42 reviewsAdministrative staff lack of professionalism, doesn't have time to address issues, lack of bedside manner. Quality of care- does not keep to toileting schedule, bathing is lacking resident still dirty after shower. Sits in rooms and plays on phone instead of caring for loved ones. Activities are not centered toward people with Alzheimer's, activities Director does not take questions about activities kindly. She treats her staff poorly in front of families. Not worth the price. It use to be a top not place not it's the bottom of the barrel at top notch price, actually very sad.
They go above and beyond to keep your loved one as independent as they can for as long as possible. They work with family members to meet your loved ones needs. They include everyone, no matter memory issues, in all activities provided.
We had a really nice tour experience with The Terrace at Glen Eddy. The facility was clean and we really loved everything that we saw. The staff were great with their follow up after the tours as well. Unfortunately they did not have availability for respite stay in the time range that we were looking for. We ended up going with another Terrace facility.

My mother was in The Terrace at Glen Eddy for respite care. The care that she got was very compassionate. They were very friendly. The only complaint she had was that she couldn't figure out how to get her TV to work, and that was basically operator error. It wasn't anything to do with them and it was her. She was displeased with some of the meals, but not totally. She liked some of them and then some of them, she didn't, but that's her. She had no complaints with the staff, she said they were very attentive, they were compassionate, they were funny. They liked her, and they gave her little gifts. She liked the staff. It was very nice, very well kept up, and they had a lot of things for the residents to do. A lot of activities, and they always tried to include her. Her apartment was adorable, it was really cute.
My wife and I are very pleased to be living at the Terrace at Glen Eddy. All personnel here are extremely friendly and caring. They are always ready to respond to our needs.

Well organized. A lot of individualized attention. I love the grounds as well. The dining services are good. The facility is kept very clean.
I believe the staff is great. [Name removed] listens to my problems and tries to solve them. [Name removed] (activities) is a hard working and caring person. [Name removed] is wonderful at the desk. The food, the whole department, needs and overhaul when it comes to cooks, chefs, buying and cooking, etc.!!!
