Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about the quality of care, the competency and responsiveness of some CNAs, nurses, supervisors, and the administration responsible for the well-being of the residents. I strongly encourage families to do their own research, ask questions, and closely monitor the care their loved ones receive. If you love your family member, please think carefully before placing them in this facility. Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about the quality of care, the competency and responsiveness of some CNAs, nurses, supervisors, and the administration responsible for the well-being of the residents. I strongly encourage families to do their own research, ask questions, and closely monitor the care their loved ones receive. Every resident deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and proper medical attention. I also intend to bring these concerns to the appropriate regulatory authorities and, where appropriate, the media so that these issues can receive the attention they deserve. Please do your due diligence before choosing this facility for someone you love.
Although the staff was good to my husband they get 5 stars. This Rehab/Nursing home is horrible. Mice, Roches, Waterbugs were seen by my husband. The food is horrible. I'm glad he is out from there. I chose it because it was close to the hospital in case of emergency. Please choose somewhere else.
ArchCare has and aims to address and complete the highest level of care for all residents. The staff who are providing the overall care for each patient are committed to give everyone the best care possible during your stay. They do their best to meet and exceed an individuals care. I highly want to thank all the staff members at Four Hospital for their excellent service, bedside manners and professional care. My uncle there for about 4 months. Social workers continually changing, many staff rude rooms with roaches no one gets back to you when you have questions. Dr's who knows who they are. Because they fail to communicate with family. I have reached the state ombudsman to come, need to improve much. Very sad since many there are from community and family needs the facility to help with their family.
My aunt was admitted here after surgery for rehab; word of advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU NEED ANY TYPE OF HEALTHCARE. Completely filthy; you’ll barely see anybody cleaning consistently throughout the day. I witnessed mice running around in patients’ rooms, and mice running up on the curtains. My aunt even found bed bugs on her bed. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy for recovery.
I feel safe knowing that my loved one is under the care of cardinal cooke. The nurses and aides were very involved

The facility is clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!
