Looks nice. We didn’t actually tour or visit anyone here, just in the neighborhood.
I like that the Summit at Eastwyck is one level. It had physical therapy and an indoor pool right on the premises. All appliances are supplied. Tara toured me around, and she was outstanding. The building was spotless. It was like new.
I toured Summit At Eastwyck and liked the community's liveliness and the people there. It was just full of energy. They were in the process of rehearsing for a play. The people were very active, and that's the kind of community I want to live in because I don't want to see myself as inactive. The spaces were quite large compared to others I'd seen in terms of square footage, but mainly, the area around it was very natural. So, there was a lot of green space where you could walk freely. They had grills where you could cook out. On the outer perimeter of the buildings, there was a lot of…

I toured Summit At Eastwyck, but I did not see the room itself because they don't have one available right now. I did see the floor plan and the community rooms in the facility. They were both well done and were being used. The staff had done a good job with both designing and setting up and conducting the activities that they had going on. They were very friendly and helpful.
This is a great place to live. Friendly people. Lots to do. All kinds of movement class and craft classes. Card games, mah jong, scrabble. Something for everyone. Apartments are a good size with nice appliances.
Absolutely beautiful. Moderately expensive. Fees are ridiculous and astronomical. I could rent an apartment in NYC for 650 sq ft for the rent here. But, close to shopping etc Give and take
Summit at Eastwyck was spacious and there was a lot for mom to do. What I didn't like was it was a little bit expensive. There was a gym, a courtyard, and a dining area. It was very clean. The rooms were average-sized.
