My dad has been coming to deliver Sunday sermons for a year, and I came with him to watch it for the first time today. After he gave his sermon today, an activities manager named Robin asked to have a conversation. She claimed that she had gotten complaints from residents that they were being “singled out”. I can’t attest to whether that’s true, but I witnessed her outright lie today and say that she was there and saw it with her own eyes. What’s worth noting is that she gave no example or explanation. No specifics. What I watched was a standard, bland sermon where he tried to show the residents Christian love. Now the residents are deprived of the opportunity to have Sunday services. I’m not a Christian, but I know what I saw, and prospective residents should be aware that there is a dishonest person working there. If she will lie about that, what else is she going to lie about? That woman needs a reprimand for power tripping and taking away the opportunity for residents who can’t leave due to their age the opportunity to worship and practice their faith.
Do not send your loved ones here. They will be neglected and die. My dad was only supposed to be here for rehabilitation so he could go home. The nurses were never around. Residents were roaming the hallways as if they were lost. I was visiting him the day he passed and twice we needed assistance to the bathroom and I had to do it but then was chewed out because I helped him. YOU WERE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND! My dad was fine that day and was talking and laughing. I went home around 4pm and at 6:30pm they called to tell me he passed away. I couldn't understand how when he was fine. Come to find…

My dad was fine that day and was talking and laughing. I went home around 4pm and at 6:30pm they called to tell me he passed away. I couldn't understand how when he was fine. Come to find out he wanted to walk behind his wheelchair, which hes able to do, but they wouldn't let him and was forcing him to stay in his chair so he got so upset and when he got to his room he had a heart attack and died. I was so angry they let that situation happen. Then they stole all his clothes and jewelry. He had his wedding ring on and only sent a stuffed animal i gave him to the funeral home. When I asked about his ring they lied and said there wasnt one. I do not recommend this place.
I stopped to say thanks to everyone. I was a resident for two and one-half months.
Staff was friendly and sign in was easy.
The center was clean as were all the patients. Staff were upbeat and helpful. Live music as a treat for the resident's smash excellent by Doc Possum. My aunt was clean her room immaculate . No odors in hallways. Best Nursing Home facility in this area! Congratulations!!!
