4.6 · 190 reviewsIt was positive to see workers greeting the residents, others asking and assisting the residents leaving the chapel. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and helpful! I was also impressed by the energy, patience and genuine welcome of Father Ronald who despite being so busy setting up for the funeral mass, stopped, and took time to listen to a resident who had a concern. The overall environment on the first floor seemed upbeat ( with the busy hair salon!) and the hub of activity coming and going. All good!
I was very pleased to see such a welcoming place. Staff are so kind and helpful. Nice to know my family member is very well cared for. I appreciate everything you have done to meet her needs.
The place is very nice,quiet,clean and staffs are friendly and professional

Liz the manager for the Garden Level, where my mom is a resident on that floor, was very accommodating in regards to help coordinate my mom’s 91st birthday. I had spoken to other workers there for a week to help out in finding a place to celebrate & no one bothered to even return my call except for Liz. One phone call to her & she was so sweet to, not only call me back, but resolve my concern with my plans for our mom’s birthday. She help facilitate a very special time for our mom. God bless her😇
