The staff here is the best. They are understaffed and have limitations like any other good staff but they try really hard with what they are given to work with. Much much better than any other place my mom was during her last few years. Rooms are shared but its really like two different rooms because of the large armoires in middle which is unique to Rochester. Front desk lady Miss Pam runs the place and has been there so many years she should be an administrator she gets things done Miss Tiffany too. Had to give 3 stars because the place was overrun with mice. When we moved her stuff out there was mouse poop EVERYWHERE and we treated ourselves for mice during her stay. Honestly, most medicaid accepting nursing homes and assisted livings are dumps in Rochester (not all but 90%) so to have one with caring staff that goes out of their way is special. .

My mother was placed in this home, they took her,SSI,to pay for her stay there, her food stamps were applied to this facility,my mother is diabetic and on a diabetic food diet, they were not , would not and did not go by her doctor's orders they refused to give her diabetic food preped meals.but controlled and used her food stamps to purchase food items that she could not eat, I spoke to management, social workers and they all said that's the policy and they couldn't help my mom kept getting sick here, the place was dirty very unsanitary, mom got so sick almost passed away had to be moved out it's been 5 months now.this place I would not recommend to live or consider, please shut this business down today

This facility is amazing, clean, and the most wonderful memories of this place will live in me forever. The Staff took such good care of my mother 6 months back. They were so patient, kind, and provided excellent care to her. My husband relocated to Florida and unfortunately we had to move mom out of Cirrus Manor. It broke my mother's heart. She loved it there and wants to go back. The place she is at now, the Staff never communicate with my husband nor I. She had a fall a few days ago, they never called mom's outside medical doctor. Oh how I wish she could go back to Cirrus Manor, there was constant communication and I knew mom was alright at night. I was considering moving her back to Rochester but I need her close to me.

I was unfortunate to go visit a old friend from the church me and my wife it is hurting to see the inhuman conditions that people are living in as seniors and this adult Senior living the conditions are so terrible it wants an investigation from the health commission the health committee and all of the agencies that oversee senior living homes it is hurting to know that a loved one a parent a brother a uncle or Aunt is living in these conditions for the money that they're paying I am choir in the health department and witnesses in human conditions who are unable to take care of yourself are going to the bathroom all on their self but just sit in the office it is harmful and shame and hurting someone loved ones I encourage channel 10 investigating team to go into this place and see for yourself is in human conditions.

treat my mother terribly, beyond unprofessional. employee laziness is off the charts and it smells disgusting 24/7.
