Every aspect of my time there was 5 star ! There was not a single person that worked there that I did not like. Everyone was outstanding. Physical and Occupational Therapy were amazing, from a well qualified and dedicated staff who devoted themselves to advancing me in every way possible to allow me to return to life in the world. I would unequivocally recommend this facility to anyone in need of such care !

Do not send your loved one to this horrible place. After one week my 66 year old husband died here. The nurse and supervising nurse lied on their computerized, date and time stamped report about everything that happened. My husband arrived DOA at St Anthony’s hospital from here (3 minutes away). I could only find out what really happened from the hospital records and the ambulance report! Apparently, when the medics got to Schervier Pavilion (on a call that was NOT for my husband) the staff there said they were doing CPR for 20 minutes on my husband. Medics said he had no pulse, was not breathing and his eyes were fixed and dilated. There was no rescue equipment there either. Schevier Pavillion did not even call in the cardiac arrest emergency! Their reports said his blood pressure was slightly elevated when he left! He had NO blood pressure! Malpractice, false reporting and neglect. I do not wish this on anyone! Stay away from lying nurse Jolene and Miriam who did not want a death on their shift. A horrible place/experience I wish on no one. Stay Away!!!

Not recommend for a loved one you care about

This nursing home is beyond top notch to me. I am going through the process of transitioning my mother there for long term care. During her time here for sunacute ,every single person nurses, aids, social worker, even the cleaners etc. Are an amazing staff, compassionate on all levels. All of my questions got answered, they take the time to listen and understand. This is the first time ever where I had felt at ease leaving her somewhere for any length of time. It is clean, the menu selection is great and I cant say enough great things about this facility, thank you to all pf the staff who are making my moms life better through your care and love. She looks great every time I see her.

My husband is in Schervier Pavilion. The nursing care is excellent. The doctor is very caring. Generally speaking, it's a pleasure to be there. I've spent days there myself keeping him company and they're very kind. He's a difficult patient, and they never lose their temper. He's difficult in that he's not eating, so they try to coax him into eating and try to please him in any way they can. They like him, and he enjoys them as well. He likes his physical therapist, so he's giving him full cooperation. Generally speaking, we're very, very pleased, me and the family. I tasted the food for my husband because he won't eat it, so I tasted it, and it's quite delicious. I tried to coax him into eating it, that's why I tasted it. I tell him, 'The queen has a taster, so she doesn't get poisoned, so I will taste your food so I could tell you how good or bad it is.' It's usually 99% of the time quite good. He doesn't go to any activities because he doesn't want to be there, so he's being very adamant about doing anything. He does go to physical therapy, he likes the therapists, but he doesn't go to any programs. They do have quite a number of programs every week, but he doesn't go to anything. It's all covered by Medicare and AARP.

My dad spent his last days here and I couldn't be more happy with all of the staff and how they treated my father and my family. Thank you to the entire staff at Schervier Pavilion Kyle Burke Son of the late Raymond Burke Sr

Schervier is a facility full of ignorant unprofessional people , the aides ignore residents often making them feel Like they don’t matter. Nurses don’t answer bells for no one and they take their sweet time to deliver someone medication when in pain .. HR is extremely unprofessional along with the DIrector of nursing . I can go on forever , but this place is a disappointment.

Visited a lifelong friend with my children. We were greeted very nicely at the front entrance and asked to please fill out the necessary passes to go visit. We were given directions in a professional and pleasant manner. Once arriving to the area we were told exactly where we needed to go and were greeted with smiles from everyone along the way. Very upbeat and happy environment. You could see how the staff were attending to their patients with the upmost care and courtesy. We were able to visit with our friend in their room which was nicely decorated and had prizes along the shelves that had been won from all the games of bingo that are offered. There was a huge calendar on the closet that showed tons of activities offered daily. I was able to bring my friend into the café right around away from her room which was very convenient I thought. Staff were very welcoming and everyone was there watching a movie together. I had her sit by her friend and she was happy to sit and enjoy the movie. I had asked some of the ladies working for assistance with getting pins for the picture board in my friends room and they were more than happy to assist me. Glad to see that my friend is in a place that has caring professional people.
