3.8 · 96 reviewsMy mom was sent here and unfortunately this was the only place the insurance would cover close to my home. If you can and do love your family don't send them here. I complained to Michelle who was beyond rude should not work here. My mom was left to lay in her own bodily functions for hours. This place was a horror show it smelled like piss and feces. They have roaches as well. Ultimately I removed my mother from there to a place further from home but I couldn't allow her to stay there any longer.
After several months, I have finally been able to move beyond the initial sadness and shock of losing my sister and fully appreciate the extraordinary care she received in her final days. She spent those days in hospice care at San Simeon by the Sound. The staff, from nursing and aides to administration, provided a level of care that reflects true professionalism, compassion and dedication. Their attention was always timely, respectful and caring, not only toward my sister but toward our entire family. The staff, from nursing and aides to administration, provided a level of care that reflects true professionalism, compassion and dedication. Their attention was always timely, respectful and caring, not only toward my sister but toward our entire family. The support was consistent from the moment they coordinated her transfer from the hospital through the compassionate guidance they provided after her passing. During one of life’s most difficult experiences, they helped ease the burden and brought comfort when it was needed most. We will always be grateful for the kindness, dignity and care they showed my sister and our family.
This is a absolutely wonderful place for my mom. They are attentive,kind and loving. I would highly recommend even you are needed care for your loved one.

My experience with this nursing and rehabilitation center was truly positive. The staff members were compassionate, attentive, and treated residents and families with kindness and respect. The nurses, aides, therapists, and support staff all worked hard to create a caring and supportive environment. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and organized. Choosing a rehabilitation center for a loved one can be stressful, but this facility helped make the experience much easier. I’m grateful for the care and support provided and would recommend this center to others looking for quality nursing and rehabilitation services.

Absolutely wonderful facility. Sent my loved one here and they received amazing care. Annemarie was extremely helpful and welcoming. My aunt had no complaints about the yummy food and loved her roommate.
