This review relates to the staff and care my friend Mary Blinn received while at the Center for 5 months. She entered at the end of January 2026 with multiple medical issues. The nursing team closely monitored her progress and immediately addressed concerns. She had two other short hospitalizations during her stay at the Center. We are grateful to the entire nursing team who cared for Mary, especially Claudine, Isabella, Rose, Chrissy, and many, many others who treated her with kindness, respect, and care. Even when staff was short, Mary always received the care that was routine and needed.…
Even when staff was short, Mary always received the care that was routine and needed. She learned to work within the system, and the team helped her along the way. The Rehab team of Sheryl, Niki, Ericka, Jill, Nicole, Kerri, Derby, Debbie, and especially Vee was outstanding. Along with her medical care, the rehab team's enthusiastic and firm support brought Mary back to us. While Mary was focused and determined, the Rehab team celebrated her success and kept her going for months. There's no doubt this facility is old, and the food is a challenge; however, Mary experienced a caring team with difficult jobs who want to see residents get better, return to normal life, and succeed in their life's journey. Thank you for all you did for her.
Went to see my uncle too many individuals but less worker. It would help if there were more staff. Other than that their staff is caring and they will listen if you have to say something.
Amazing experience for my father the community was great the nurses were attentive and super sweet to us as a family, the physical therapist was very beneficial in my fathers recovery they had many events and fun evenings for the people there
I been to Mad Rehabs in past and this one got me strong and out quick. Thank you Ross
This establishment is truly a disgrace. My mother underwent rehabilitation here and contracted a urinary tract infection. Regrettably, the nursing staff refused to assist her in using the restroom and only provided their residents with a wash-up twice a week.
Dear Mr. Stein, I am writing to formally express my deep concern regarding an incident that occurred at your nursing home I drove nearly four hours to visit my 90-year-old mother, only to be denied entry because I declined to have my face scanned. When I exercised my right to deny the facial recognition scan, your staff became argumentative, insisting it was mandatory policy. The situation escalated to the point where I was threatened with the police, until my brother intervened to help de-escalate the encounter. While I understand that cameras are present in public buildings, a biometric facial scan—which functions similarly to taking fingerprints—is a matter of civil rights and privacy law. Even at airports, individuals are given the choice to opt out of such scans. I believe that presenting a valid Real ID should be more than sufficient to visit a parent. This experience left me incredibly upset and shaken. Furthermore, it was heartbreaking that my mother had to be moved from her bed to the lobby. Sincerely,
My time at Ross’was a great experience all of the staff we so courteous and kind The nurses we so amazing as well and the activities we so much fun too.
Professional nurses. My uncle is very comfortable. He's been taken care of nicely.
