Roscoe Regional Rehab & Residential - HCF

My family had an amazing experience with this nursing and rehabilitation facility. The staff was incredibly caring, attentive, and professional, always treating residents with kindness and respect. The rehabilitation team worked hard to help my loved one regain strength and confidence, and we truly appreciated their encouragement and dedication. The facility was always clean, welcoming, and well-managed, and communication with families was excellent. It gave us peace of mind knowing our loved one was receiving such compassionate and high-quality care. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a trustworthy and supportive rehab center.

My Dad is being cared for by the most compassionate, awesome, sweet, friendly people! They are now our extended family! From the kitchen staff, activities, CNA's, nurses, maintenance personnel, and everyone else....all A+!

What a great place to visit! The team was so very welcoming, I was able to tour the entire facility and meet so many of the residents in staff! Elevating people elevating care!

The State needs to close this place. They neglect patients intentionally. My mother was on the bed pan for 2.5 hrs before we could get someone on the phone and to her room. The staff yell at her. Its to much to write but hopefully we will have her moved quickly.

This facility should not be allowed to stay operational in its current shape. Non- existent cleaning crew, nurse to patient ratio is ridiculous, SMELL of urine in the hall facility, very poor quality of physical therapy , occupational therapy is available but only via telehealth, as you walk the hallways on the dirty sticky floors the sounds of people yelling for help may go on for hours especially in the evening hours. Try using the sink in the patients room, and black muddy water will intermittently poor out. If you care about your relatives, stay as far away as possible from this facility.
