This place needs to be exposed!!! I called to do a welfare check on my mother last week, she was in a soiled night gown and in pain from her shower and every person refused to help her. She gets harassed by an aide the next say claiming she called the police on her when her name wasnt even mentioned. Today I get something this aide told my mother to be quiet or she will die. Obviously the said it was nursing, but you make multiple calls, no one answers or even calls you, and a life is threatened..thats HR. Mary and the overnight supervising nurse are useless, all they could do was move her from caring for my mother. But after many requests a week later you bring that up? I have proof what they do and my mother is too scared to say anything that it will come back to her. I can't get there every day so they think they can bully. I have to mention police to get any sort of contact which is sad. Very few have empathy and they need to get a clean out or shut down. The way things are run is unacceptable. My mother had developed a starting bedsore, bruises on her wrist, and left in undergarments for days at a time. We are closing on a house early next month we need her out now but have no where to put her.

This place is not good. Very unsanitary. The stench of feces and urine is pervasive. The worst part are the staff. Its a revolving door of personnel many are lazy, rude, and do the bare minimum. The care they give is not high quality. Of course there are some staff members that are solid but very few, and overall it is a poor place to place your loved ones.

The most mismanaged poorly ran Long term care facility in W N Y it seems the only concern is the profit margin Extremely understaffed which is calculated to increase the profits There is little to no empathy from the president John Mayer or the board Fortunately there judgment time is coming sooner then they realize They have lost all credibility from there creditors out sources such as security and medical supply co will not do business with them Even security left due to non payment further the staff turn over is incredible Recently they blindly cut off employees heath insurance because the bill wasn’t paid Recently hire sl a woman to supervise who obviously had metal heath issues and was caught stealing from a gave site A supervisor a leader disicreating a grave site and after still allowed her to over see the quality of care being given Even supplemental staffing won’t send nurses Because that bill wasn’t paid either Records are altered so that it appears on paper that they have adequate staff Nothing which I say is fabricated and any spokesman from Rosa Coplon who is evil and heart loess enough to deny word of what I tell you even a letter of it is free to challenge this review and I’ll expose more a whole lot more I have no fear of any of the evil doers Go ahead and lie to the people and leave their loved ones to an early demise Someone has got to speak the truth and you should be ashamed of yourself for denying any any of it And fearful that denying it come with serious consequences come from your maker I have goodness and god on my side and the well being of my beloved aged who rely on these people golf I can call them people . I don’t understand how anyone can be nothing less then evil and rationalize it and think that they won’t be punished when the final judgment comes I’ll keep you posted as to what attempted repercussion comes from this honest and needed review but it’s time for the American citizen to stop minimizing the torture of your loved ones that might soon be you I’m just doing gods will and pray for blessings to you and your love ones Stand up And there is nothing to fear when righteous guides you

This place was state of the art, it sadly is nothing but a warehouse for our precious loved ones. NEVER enough staff and residents are left sitting in their "mess" for hours. The place is dirty, has odors and food is slop. Even sadder inspite of many meetings, nothing has changed. I would like to know if the Board would put there loved ones there. 15,000.00 a month to sit and wait for help and care and sit in foul messy undergarments for long periods of time? My loved one has fallen many times and has laid on the floor yelling help too long. To the few great aides that do their job, I salute you, but far too few.

FIRST day, and my M-I-L did NOT receive all items listed on her dinner form!! Currently trying to get her somewhere ELSE!!
