3.5 · 24 reviewsMy sister is a patient here . She is ok there. She is kept busy with bingo,, crafts. Always something going on everyday for activities. But . The food is terrible.. late. And cold. . that isn't a secret. Everybody hates the food there.. they have 4 or 5 patients use the same bathroom. It gets dirty and stinky.. My sister is always clean. And dressed. They just need to hire more help to take care of the patient's
If I could give 1 star review I would. Had a family member here in the long term. Place is dirty, staff is rude. Administration does nothing when staff is turned in. They just sweep it under the rug. Multiple staff have been caught smoking weed on breaks in parking lot, smoking vapes and weed pens inside the facility while on the clock. I’ve turned in a nurse multiple times and nothing has been done. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE
Placing our mother in Riverview Manor was the best decision my sister and I did for her safety and health. The entire staff has been nothing short of wonderful to our mom, as well as the other residents. Our mother has been well taken care of and has enjoyed the daily interactions with everyone there. Thank you for chatting, laughing with our mother and making her feel well- loved. ❤️ -Christine and Kathleen

I had a great time here. The staff is super nice and helpful. I am happy I cam here after my surgery. It is gorgeous to.
My husband was at this nursing home for rehab after being in the hospital. Can't say enough good things about the care that he received. He was in a nursing home previously and we did not have a pleasant experience. The staff here made sure to call us with every single detail. The only compliant that he had was it was a little noisy at night time because they are doing remodeling (which looks amazing) and it's done while everyone is asleep. The place is really clean, the nurses are wonderful, and the therapy department worked really hard to get my husband home in the shortest amount of time possible. I would highly suggest this place.
My mother-in-law was here for rehab. We were all really surprised with how clean it is. They are doing remodeling and it looks great. The staff is so helpful and made us feel really safe leaving her there. They updated us with every single thing and always answered our questions. The therapy department was really helpful with making sure she would be safe to go back home. My MIL would call my husband every night and tell us how nice everyone is, and what they did during the day. When we were at the hospital, our biggest concern was where she would be going for rehab, as we have heard bad things about nursing homes. We are happy to recommend this nursing home to anyone that wants to place their family member here and feel safe about it.
They are starting to modernize and clean the place up. The staff is so helpful.
