3.9 · 125 reviewsThe five star rating is a lie. 30 minutes for answer to the call button , min. Lip service from upper management claims this is unacceptable but no change.The care given here is minimum. All anyone says is that we're understaffed. Excuse after excuse and everyone claims how tired and how hard they work all day. But still a patient needs a certain amount of care and if that care cannot be met then the management should not have accepted that person to this facility. Only half the staff of nurses and AIDS seem to be conscientious and try to be accommodating. The one started good is for them.
Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring...Care is consistent ...I feel confident that my mother is being well cared for.
My grandmother has been living at Riverside for 2 years. As her granddaughter, I am so grateful for the love and care that she receives every day. The nurses and staff always make our family feel welcome. Everyday I thank God choosing Riverside for my grandmother! ❤️

Great place & very clean
After a short stay at this facility, in the North unit, our sister passed away in peace, with dignity, and with exceptional care. Staff are diligent, knowledgeable and always visible. The patients are content and entertained daily. Special thanks to Asst. Nurse Mgr Heather, Nurse LeeAnn, and your team members. There aren’t enough words to express our gratitude & appreciation.
I love this Facility Clean Smells nice and all the staff are very helpful . Activities for patients daily give patients something to look forward to daily
