My mother was a resident for a year and 4 months. My mother was located in the 3rd floor and I indeed have my favorite CNAs. They are renovations in the 2nd and 3rd floor. The reason I gave it a 4 star because they need improvements in the food it needs to be better. The hours that people should visit is 12-3pm. The lunch hour is intense . The weekend at times could be a bit short of staff. The residents need their visit it’s important. The CNAs became my family and I am grateful for all there hard work Smith, Erline, and the social worker Kimberly Johnson was a great support. Unfortunately my mother passed on April 14th 2026. With hospice nurse in place everyone worked very hard for my mother’s needs.

I’m pleased that the5th floor is always clean and smells good when I come. The staff is pleasant and the clients are always clean, sitting together and sometimes outside family members are with them. Everyone seems comfortable and content.

Very good reception at 9:30-10:00PM. Very good follow up the next day.
