Red Mill Manor

Absolutely rude and entitled business. They think they own the river banks when they don't. I even looked up the property line map for Baldwinsville, and it only covers the ground TO THE RIVER...not the riprap and the river itself. They use threats to run fishermen off, and they'll call the police and play victim if you don't comply.

My family and loved one have had a great experience with the community. The management team works hard to portray a sense of community and a home like feeling. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others for their loved ones.

From the initial tour for my parents to the settling in for their apartment it has been a smooth transition mainly because of this wonderful staff. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], Kitchen Staff, Cleaning Staff....everyone has gone out of their way to help. The common areas are beautiful decorated and feel warm and inviting. The apartments are individually unique. They are small and I worried about that with my parents but as it turned out - very adequate and comfortable. Because of the lovely common areas there is plenty of extended space. From the library, to the pub to the living area and wonderful complete kitchen to cook or just entertain in. Water views from all sides. I feel confident that my parents will be happy and content! I enjoy spending time with them at the Red Mill Manor!

Red Mill Manor is a 5 star resort for senior living.Their location, staff, and amenities make it a perfect place to live when you want stress free living.Each resident is treated with dignity and respect. I have never been in a place that felt so warm and embracing. Thank you for everything you have done to make each resident feel special . You will always be close to my heart.

We have enjoyed the staff, who are friendly. We have also enjoyed everything being including - meals, activities, transportation as needed. And the facility itself is very nice and clean and in a good location.
