The Promenade's actual address is 38 Hospital Rd. Not 40 Hospital Rd. Its incorrect. Packages will get delivered to a private residential bldg next door. Make a note.

Place for mom rep was amazing . She never gave up and [name removed] from promenade was great!! My Mother in law loves it there. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far .
All good! Nice clean place( independent living apartment). Affordable. Staff very supportive, pleasant and efficient. Processed paperwork quickly and got me in within a months time! Very pleased with the facility, and the assisted living building & staff appear very well managed , attentive & helpful. Residents appear well taken care of
I cannot say enough good things about The Promenade at Tuxedo Place. My father was fortunate enough to be a resident there for 6 years before passing recently. The staff there (though they were more like family) were professional, kind and caring, attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Any concerns were always addressed in a timely and respectful manor. The facility and grounds were always well maintained and provided a home like setting. My father always referred to The Promenade as "home" and we are grateful for the safe, warm and loving community and staff that made dad's last years happy ones!
The place that I was most fond of was The Promenade at Tuxedo Place. It felt like a home. It was very clean. It felt like a good place. Everyone that we met was friendly and helpful. The place was spotlessly clean. Our son broke away from us and went into the kitchen and he said it was absolutely spotless. We saw the cafeteria, and we saw a sample meal. They had a library with a piano and they had an activities room. They had two outside areas that were fenced and they had barbecues when it's barbecue weather. At 10:00 every morning, they had mild exercises and then they had games. It was great.
Activities are abundant. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'm not sure that the nursing side of things are up to par though. My mom became ill and I felt as though they were really just blaming her age for her issues and did not notice the drastic changes in her. The doctor was not readily available. I was not comfortable or impressed with the medical skills. There was no sense of urgency. In fact, the head nurse was on vacation when my mother was nearing the end of her life and the was little backup for the head nurse. The facility itself in very nice, provided you are relatively healthy.
Love The Promenade. Everyone there is amazing. Food is good. It's clean. Staff is good. Everyone is friendly. And it's a great value.
