Best assisted living facility in the New Hartford area

I am very happy that mom's there. The only issue I've had is getting medication transitioned from her address to their pharmacy. It's also not always clear what is paid for but, we're lucky enough to be able to afford it.

Make sure to ask any and all questions you may have.

Ask a lot of questions. Don't assume. . . We find out new things all the time. So even if you think you know, ask. And make sure you ask if there is a charge/fee, as that information has been an afterthought on their part. Generally they provide good care to my loved one.

I don't have an extreme amount of experience with assisted living facilities but the staff treats my dad with compassion and they are very helpful with any insurance related paperwork.

I am an outpatient in the rehab facility, physical therapy. Very happy with the care I am receiving.

Wonderful, kind ,caring

The staff really take the time to address any issues with the clients.
