This center deserves more than 5 stars! Administration, rehab, social worker, dietary and recreation departments are beyond amazing. They take time to work with each individual based on their personalized needs. I would not hesitate to send your loved ones to Premier Nursing and Rehabilitation!
I was very, very nervous about where my beloved Dad would be placed during his rehabilitation. Thankfully, I met Ben and David from Premier and after talking with them I had a positive feeling that my Dad would be in goods hands during his healing. Turns out, it wasn't just good hands. My Dad was in wonderful, caring hands at Premier. The facility is sparkling clean and the staff was compassionate, smart, and proactive in giving the care he needed. I am truly grateful that I found Premier. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Premier is an amazing facility and also want to thank PJ Rodriguez who is the heart of this nursing home. From the moment you meet him, you feel welcomed and cared for. He listens, he understands, and he goes out of his way to make sure everything feels right. You can tell he truly cares, and it makes the whole place feel like home.
