4.7 · 140 reviewsWe had a very good visit with our friend. The new (to us) entry system with a picture was a little challenging, but the receptionist was very patient and helpful with that.
Worst Nursing Home i have ever Seen in my Life. The Living Conditions are Terrible and the Nurses treat the Residence and Employees Poorly.The Nurses have their Airpods in and you think they have a conversation with you but they are talking on the Phone. One of the Nurses got real Nasty to Somebody they were talking to on the Phone Infront of all the Residence. I would not Recommend you bringing your Family Member here if you Love them.
The staff are very welcoming, the facility is clean and the environment calm and inviting residents there seem to be happy and content. Overall a great first impression upon visiting. Huge shout out to the staff for making the place a truly welcoming home environment.

My brother is not getting the care that he needs. He needs physical therapy and he’s not getting it. He sits at the nurses station all day long and they over medicate him. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Kind staff; especially Nicole, a nurse who assists my aunt today. I appreciate seeing and knowing she is in caring hands.
Visiting a friend. Pine Haven was clean and the staff at the front desk and nurses were most helpful and friendly. Recommend!
Rehab staff phenomenal! Aids and nurses work extremely hard and still find a way to be friendly. Only complaint is kitchen and food🙄
