Peregrine Senior Living at Delmar Place has given our family tremendous peace of mind. The staff are compassionate, dedicated, and highly competent, and they take wonderful care of my mom. Communication is easy and responsive, so I always feel informed and reassured. Residents enjoy a wide variety of activities, as well as special features such as the koi pond and opportunities to garden. The building is beautiful and well maintained, with spacious rooms and a lovely dining room. Its location in the charming town of Delmar is another plus, especially since it is close to my mom’s doctors.…

Peregrine Senior Living at Delmar Place has given our family tremendous peace of mind. The staff are compassionate, dedicated, and highly competent, and they take wonderful care of my mom. Communication is easy and responsive, so I always feel informed and reassured. Residents enjoy a wide variety of activities, as well as special features such as the koi pond and opportunities to garden. The building is beautiful and well maintained, with spacious rooms and a lovely dining room. Its location in the charming town of Delmar is another plus, especially since it is close to my mom’s doctors. Transportation is also provided, making appointments and outings much easier. Most importantly, I’m deeply grateful for the sense of relief that comes from knowing my mom is safe, supported, and genuinely well cared for. I highly recommend Peregrine Senior Living at Delmar Place.
The team at Peregrine Senior Living at Delmar are unbelievably compassionate and dedicated to their residents and families. Together they function beautifully and balance one another’s strengths and roles. I am a Care Manager and the collaborate with professionalism. They welcome support and the best days for all who reside there.

Recently had the pleasure of living at Delmar Place for 7 months ( recovering from surgery). The staff at all levels are caring, professional & engaged with all the residents. The grounds are beautifully landscaped & attract a wide variety of birds. DP has many attractive common areas, inc. a well stocked library. Lovely decorations for all holidays & they often have fresh flower arrangements. The apartments are bright, comfortable, clean & equipped for all your needs. Programs are available for all types of interests & religions. The activities department is open to new ideas. The activities room is set up for individual activities too. Transportation service for appointments is available. Residents do group shopping & field trips. The Bethlehem Library is a short walk away. The have book delivery available, concerts, lectures and much else. I enjoyed meeting the diverse group of charming residents and hope to visit them soon. If families are looking for a wonderful, safe, happy place for their loved ones, Delmar Place would be my choice.
My mother was in Delmar Place for a month. She's in [community removed] now. My mother's biggest complaint about Delmar was that they didn't go out enough....shopping, for ice cream, eating out. Other than that, she was very happy there and it was a great introduction to Assisted Living.
