3.4 · 60 reviewsI visited my brother at Park Nursing Home on Mother’s Day weekend, May 10 and May 11, 2026, He has been staying there since the beginning of the month. Unfortunately, during both visits there was a very bad smell throughout the facility, which made the environment uncomfortable for visitors and patients. What worried me the most was witnessing a fight between two patients after lunchtime. During the incident, one patient reportedly took a knife from the other patient before staff intervened. Seeing something like this made me very concerned about the safety and supervision in the facility.…

I visited my brother at Park Nursing Home on Mother’s Day weekend, May 10 and May 11, 2026, He has been staying there since the beginning of the month. Unfortunately, during both visits there was a very bad smell throughout the facility, which made the environment uncomfortable for visitors and patients. What worried me the most was witnessing a fight between two patients after lunchtime. During the incident, one patient reportedly took a knife from the other patient before staff intervened. Seeing something like this made me very concerned about the safety and supervision in the facility. Because of these experiences, I am worried about whether my brother is staying in a safe and properly managed environment. I hope the administration takes these concerns seriously and improves both cleanliness and patient safety.
The receptionist was great, and the facility was clean
Dirty and no staff. A few of the orderlies and one nurse tried to be helpful, rest of staff rude and useless

I visitt my brother Hilton Martinez on February 5 .on his birthday . The two members of the staff help me sett of nice surprice for my brother . They were very nice my brother was happy . I'm thankful to them .
Today the facility was better cleaned

It’s terrible living there nasty smells bad and beds are old therapy is not making patients do there work milking their insurance it’s horrible there cna on there phones it’s liveable I don’t know how I’m the world the facility did fail inspection
Went to visit a friend ain’t no way I would put a family member in this place patient everywhere in the hall in wheelchairs the place looks like a dump they needs to upgrade this place my friend been without a tv for about a year nurses hiding in corners on they phones ain’t no way the furniture and beds are old and falling apart God bless my friend her family needs to come visit her and put her somewhere else it’s a shame how family don’t visit they loves one it’s sad.
