3.6 · 89 reviewsMy brother was transferred here and passed away on his fourth day. The room had food and previous patients cloths in the drawers. Food and spilled fluids on the floor. My other family member brought cleaning supplies and cleaned his room on day 2. On another visit his air mattress collapsed on one side and he was trapped against the bed rail. We begged the case worker at Vassar hospital not to send him here. If you have a choice DO NOT send your loved one here.
The facility is under rated. Everyone was professional and the rooms looked fine. The Temporary Resident that we went to visit seemed happy with his accommodation’s.
Wonderful experience meeting with Cara, Director of social work at Northern Manor today. She is warm, compassionate, and truly invested in the care and well-being of her residents. You can immediately see how much she cares about her patients and families. Congratulations on her recent promotion — very well deserved!”

Northern Manor is a second home to me . My DAD PUT years there to assist his children to have their education I am happy with the welcome of the entire team. It was amazing! Thank you all CNA, DNS, SW Administrator and fellow UM
So bad. Most chinese food places have very polite staff and the food comes out very swiftly. I politely asked the waiters to check on one of my food orders that hadn’t came out yet and they refused to check and dismissed me. I had to ask 4 waiters before the manager came. After talking to the manager, he said it would take another 30 minutes for ONE dish to come out which should’ve taken around 10-15 mins max. Absolutely horrible.

The staff was caring and pleasant.
Completely unacceptable. I have no words for this place, I have nothing nice to say about this. Individuals deserve better treatment and forget about finding staff to help they all have nasty attitudes that's if you can find anyone. I don't think this place deserves any stars
