NorthBrook Heights is an incredible place! I'm so grateful for the exceptional care my 97-year-old grandmother received during her stay. I worked for this place for almost a year and it was not a good experience. They will try to hold your own medical records form you until you threaten to take legal actions!

The staff here abuses, intimidates, and steals from residents If anyone has family here please take them elsewhere
