The nurses and physicians at New Nautilus go above and beyond; their warmth and compassion shine through in every interaction. It honestly felt like they were taking care of their own parents and grandparents. This isn’t just a facility — it’s a home filled with dignity, love, and joy. I left inspired and reassured knowing such a high standard of care exists. I would wholeheartedly recommend New Nautilus to anyone looking for a top-tier assisted living experience.

I toured the New Nautilus Hotel. When I looked around the room it was so great, the balcony, but the only thing I wish they had working was the pool because they have a pool, but there's no water in it. That was the only thing missing, but the atmosphere and the rooms were nice. Everything was nice about the place. It's right in front of the beach. The staff was very friendly, the front desk personnel, and the security.

Amazing place
My mother (79) moved in here 2+ years ago and she really enjoys it. The staff members are very kind and the food is great. You can't beat the location (ocean views, boardwalk) and the general atmosphere is very positive. They make every effort to accommodate her needs and whenever something needs repair, it's taken care of quickly.
