My mom has been at the Montgomery nursing home for over a year. Her care has been consistently good. There are many activities and the facility is very well organized.
My mother has been a resident at Montgomery for over 3 years, Every encounter I have had at the facility has been a positive one. Staff are caring and personable and very very patient. Special kudos to Denise, director of activities, and to the office business staff who has helped me untangle much paperwork. My mother is always clean, well cared for, and engaged in their many activities. She tells me the people are nice and I know she enjoys the activities. I’ve been there during multiole meal times and the food -always seems appropriately prepared. Staff is also proactive in keeping me…

Frankly I’m puzzled by the recent negative reviews - it makes me wonder if someone has a vendetta against the place - bur I do realize many times people only leave a review if they have a complaint.
I cannot say enough amazing things about Montgomery Nursing Home!! My family member was in this facility and the attention that was given to her was so heartwarming. I loved the layout of the facility. It is not a massive facility where your family member is 1 in 300 people. Everytime I walked in they knew exactly who I was and who I was visiting. My family member did not feel like another person in a bed. Every concern even minor that was brought up was handled immediately. I cannot thank Montgomery Nursing enough!
In my expierence, The staff at Montgomery Nursing are some of the very best care givers and medical care providers. I do not give positive reviews unless they are fully earned in my opinion. My Mother is well cared for, in that I am confident, and my Mother is happy there, and loves the staff! Seriously, what more can you ask for when you want the most important things always done for your loved one! Thanks to all at MNRH !!!
Nursing, PT, and Activities Dept are phenomenal. Their personalized attention to my mother and our family is greatly appreciated.
I wouldn't leave my dog there. I think that explains it all.
This place is the worst. I asked for a straw for my MIL and was told the kitchen is closed. I was told to bring in a personal water bottle for her. The administrator was absolutely crazy during meetings when challenged about the standard of care. My dogs eat better food than what they serve. This place is a warehouse for our elderly. Clearly its all about the $$ and they make no attempt to fake it.
The worst experience ever!!!! For mist part most employees were friendly..but soon unprofessional. Upon entering front desk was in an argument as to where I should be put..no greeting or welcome..nurses and aides..we're nice. But social worker Michelle is believe had mental health issues..
