Shlomit Kandinov was my occupational therapist during my stay here. She worked me hard everyday but it was well worth it. I am stronger everyday because of her work and encouragement. Shlomit is truly a miracle worker! Niequan Sargeant and Abigail Joseph, both CNAs on the 12th floor were amazing. Both were caring, patient, and supportive. My roommate was a 101 year old man. Watching the two of the work with him was incredible. I give the both ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The exceptional staff, warm accommodations, and dedicated short-term rehabilitation services truly made a profound difference in our relative's recovery journey. We are deeply grateful for the dedication of the entire nursing, medical, and therapy staff who helped our family member return home safely and healthily.
I want to thank the staff on the 10th floor and the 14th floor rehab team. I was at Manning for around 4 weeks and they took excellent care of me during that time. Jack, Beverly, Marie, Jelli, to name a few were helpful, caring and reassured me that I would improve and be ready to return home. I am forever grateful for their professional work approach. To the dietary staff- thank you for the barbque. You reminded me that there is enjoyment in the simple things in this life. no matter where you are.
Mother was there for a few weeks for rehab after a fall. She feels that she was supported enough to get stronger to get back home to her independent life. MSK floor Dr team was very responsive and lovely. Staff very pleasant and respectful. Rehab facilities and outdoor space very nice. Only recommendation would be more activities for long term care residents and encouragement to go.
After being discharged from Mary Manning Walsh, our mother was more capable of returning home. The surroundings were pleasant, and the staff promptly attended to the call bell. The therapy was excellent, including physical and occupational therapy, and we were very satisfied. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace. All the staff members deserve commendation for their kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude.
The nursing staff on the 15th floor is beyond 100 STARS 🌟 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️these ladies have been working with my mom in room 1502 for two weeks and have shown her kindness, compassion and professionalism like no other place in the world. My gratitude, appreciation and respect is boundless for them. The social worker is a blessing and clearly a gift to her profession. The young lady named Lisa at the front desk when you walk in is pure sunshine and so helpful. The security guards are amazing and so supportive, they manage to get me in touch with the right people on the phones and never brushed me off. This place is a godsend. It also incredibly beautiful and clean. I can’t imagine my mom in a better place. Mind you, my mom is not a good patient, yet these people have gone beyond their limits to help her. I am grateful 🙏
Mary Manning Walsh is truly a wonderful facility with a caring and compassionate environment. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel safe, respected, and well cared for every day. The building is clean, organized, and professionally maintained, and there is always a strong sense of community throughout the facility.
All I can say is that my mother would not have improved without the care and time taken by the nurses, therapists and other. She made a lot of friends with the staff and the other patients that she was sad when she was told she would be discharged. This place cares about making sure people are happy with all the nice things to do like the patio, music and even a bar! Will be missing it but very thankful we were able to bring her home.
