By far the most unprofessional social worker I have ever delt with. We called and left messages for 3 weeks trying to get any information we could pertaining to a loved one that was admitted. Instead of spending 30 seconds to return your call just to give you basic information like which family member needs to be contacted for medical questions, she just ignored us..... It took us leaving a rude message (3 weeks later) for her to finally call back. When you trust your love ones to these people in their most vulnerable states you don't expect one of their key personnel to act like a high school girl avoiding an ex-boyfriend.... It was such a bad stain on their image because they have some extraordinary nurses and nursing aides. The activites staff is great as well.

Every nurse, helper, and employee was very kind, cheerful, and accommodating in every way. Five stars. Very caring for all the residents and visitors.

Staff is beyond measure! Here's hoping that my mom has a new home!!!

Walking in the front door I felt welcomed, the lady behind the desk was very friendly and helpful! The employees were very polite and friendly as well! It was a very clean and well kept.

I have a friend living at the facility and for a place thats rated so high why is she constantly sad and crying. She tells me the aids are mean they dont show up when she calls and the food is gross. The aids allow her to sit in wet and dirty depends and shes had several UTIs. Doesn't sound like a nice place to me
