To many old people who like to keep up drama
Dirty needs a professional cleaning crew, some tenants need to GO, apts are small, lots to say about this place but I'll wait till I move out

This place is a joke.
Large yard to enjoy walks, pets, or gardening. Low rent. Same restrictions as any sec 8 property. Owned by one of the largest senior housing companies in the country helps position them to make a difference in the industry.
Might be an option, if Samuel F. Vilas doesn't pan out. This is about 50 minutes from our home and all of his family. Still a ways to go but if he likes it, it could be an option for him.
