The director Wendy, and lead nurses Lauren and Kassie, are simply wonderful and go above and beyond to make sure your loved one is taken good care of. The communication between Wendy and staff is excellent. The remaining support staff is also excellent and very attentive to the residents’ overall care and quality of life. The place is very clean and the food is excellent. There are many activities and events for the residents to partake in. I always felt a sense of warmth…

I work in healthcare, and Juniper Glen is probably one of the best assisted living and memory care facilities out there. The director Wendy, and lead nurses Lauren and Kassie, are simply wonderful and go above and beyond to make sure your loved one is taken good care of. The communication between Wendy and staff is excellent. The remaining support staff is also excellent and very attentive to the residents’ overall care and quality of life. The place is very clean and the food is excellent. There are many activities and events for the residents to partake in. I always felt a sense of warmth everytime I came to visit my mom, which was often. My mom was so lucky to be a part of the Juniper Glen community for almost 2 years, and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs extra help.
What we like the most about Juniper Glen is that the staff is very efficient and friendly. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
Communication is good, facilities is clean, food is good, activities are good, director and nursing staff very friendly

Extremely caring and attentive staff. Although you can’t reverse the affects of Alzheimer’s and dementia, Juniper Glen has ensured my Mom is ensuring that the moments she is living in are happy.

This was not a good place at all. We had a very bad experience overall. I would not recommend them to anyone. They really need to improve on their patient care and their communication with family. They had significant staffing issues.
I really liked Juniper Glen. It was my favorite. The staff member was very, very friendly, fun, and personable. They are quick to respond if you text them or call them. They always call you right back, so they're accessible. It was easy to get to. They showed me several rooms that were available. I liked their rooms. They were spacious. Their bathrooms were nice for the residents. They had outdoor areas for the residents that were safe. They couldn't escape and they could enjoy the outside. They were a couple of different patios. They have two courtyards. They have both private and shared rooms.
Staff is very friendly. Facility is very clean. Food is very good. Area feels safe and secure. Staff has extra training on memory care. Place is very cozy and comfortable. Communication is very good.
